PACKAGE AND SHIPPING

Moisture-proof film + steel belt packaging

Applicable scenarios: conventional transportation (land or sea), medium distance (200-1000 km).

Steps:

The surface is covered with moisture-proof plastic film (rainproof and condensation-proof).

Fix with steel belts horizontally (interval ≤ 1 meter), and add corner protection vertically.

Wooden box/wooden pallet packaging

Applicable scenarios:

Long-distance transportation (> 1000 kilometers) or export by sea.

Precision plates (such as stainless steel surface, special-shaped plates).

Features:

The plates are placed upright or flat in the wooden box, filled with foam or bubble film for cushioning.

The wooden box must comply with the ISPM15 international quarantine standard (fumigation treatment).

Special container packaging

Applicable scenarios: international shipping or multimodal transport.

Requirements:

Use a special container fixing rack to prevent the plate from sliding.

Place a desiccant in the container to prevent the core material from getting damp in a high humidity environment.

II. Transportation precautions

Loading and unloading specifications

Throwing and rolling are prohibited. Use forklifts or lifting equipment (with special lifting equipment).

Rock wool/PU boards must be transported horizontally to avoid tearing of the core material.

Stacking restrictions

The stacking height for horizontal placement is ≤1.5 meters. Vertical placement requires support with an A-frame.

Different core materials must be stacked separately (for example, EPS boards cannot be mixed with rock wool boards to prevent compression damage)
